ILÉA is back with a third opus of improvised experimental music. The Montreal-based experimental ensemble presents an album tinged with a drone atmosphere: it investigates different ranges of calm and unfolds controlled sonic explosions. Post.Variations offers a musical osmosis of acoustic and electronic sounds: a dreamlike microcosm in which ILÉA members develop multiple universes that build and merge during each performance.
